Small bowel capsule endoscopy (SBCE) has been useful in diagnosing drug-induced small bowel injury. However, the etiology and temporal development of drug-associated small-bowel bleeding (SBB) has not been well characterized. The aim of this study was to determine the risk of drugs associated with overt SBB using a prospective case-crossover design.
