605 practice patterns and yield of surveillance colonoscopy among older adults: an analysis of the gi quality improvement consortium (giquic)

Currently, there is no guidance around when to stop surveillance colonoscopy in those with a history of adenomas or colorectal cancer (CRC). To define surveillance recommendations, more data on the yield of surveillance colonoscopy by age is needed. We evaluated the yield and practice patterns around surveillance colonoscopy in a large, national clinical data registry, the GI Quality Improvement Consortium (GIQuIC).
