Concomitant chemoradiation treatment in selected Stage I endometrioid endometrial cancers.

CONCLUSIONS: Adjuvant concomitant CR is well tolerated and is a feasible regimen in "high risk" patients. The authors' new algorithm treatment could be used for management and further clinical studies.
