Selective arterial embolisation for intractable vaginal haemorrhage in genital tract malignancies.

CONCLUSIONS: Since the introduction of SAE the authors have avoided emergency radiotherapy, surgery, and repeat vaginal packing in patients with intractable vaginal bleeding due to gynaecological cancer.
