Aspirin for primary prevention of stroke in traumatic cerebrovascular injury: association with increased risk of transfusion.

CONCLUSIONS Treatment with aspirin for the prevention of stroke in patients with initially asymptomatic TCVI carries a significantly increased risk of PRBC transfusion.
