Patient-Controlled Paravertebral Block for Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery: A Randomized Trial.

CONCLUSIONS: PVB, which resulted in lower cumulative dezocine doses and produced fewer side effects than PCA, can provide effective pain relief for patients undergoing video-assisted thoracic surgery.
