Ellis wants to open urgent care center at Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady

Ellis Medicine wants to open an urgent care center and doctor's offices at the newly-built Mohawk Harbor, about a mile away from the Schenectady hospital. The 10,300-square-foot medical office would be on the first floor of a four-story building, according to a certificate of need filed at the state Health Department.
