Conclusions A solid large homogeneous mass with mild contrast enhancement should alert the radiologist to the possibility of the differential diagnosis of LPD. Radiologists should be “the gatekeepers” by raising this possibility to avoid unnecessary surgery and enable appropriate treatment.
