Sanofi Genzyme to lay off 95 workers at Framingham manufacturing site

Sanofi Genzyme, the state ’s largest life sciences employer, has cut around 95 manufacturing jobs at a facility in Framingham, a spokesperson for the company said Wednesday. Genzyme, the rare disease division of French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi, told the Business Journal the move was part of a broader effort to streamli ne manufacturing operations.
