Prognostic and clinical significance of histone deacetylase 1 expression in breast cancer: A meta-analysis.

CONCLUSION: Overall, our meta-analysis demonstrated an association between increased HDAC1 expression and better OS in Asian breast cancer patients. In addition, HDAC1 over-expression correlated with positive ER and negative HER2 expression in breast cancer.
