Weak demand forces Springer Nature to cancel 3.2 billion euro float at last minute
The planned initial public offering of publisher Springer Nature has been postponed on the eve that trading in shares was expected to begin, “due to market conditions”.
Springer Nature cited “market conditions” as the reason for pulling the listing in Frankfurt at the last minute, adding it may revisit the plans for an initial public offering (IPO) at a later stage.
