Right heart dilatation in a fetus with an abnormal foramen ovale valve: an indicator of interatrial communication restriction.

CONCLUSIONS: For a fetus with an abnormal FO valve, right heart dilatation could be considered as an indicator of interatrial communication restriction, which could be assessed by evaluating the FO channel outlet.
