Comparison of different methods of RNA preparation from peripheral blood for nucleic acid amplification assay

Conclusions: These results demonstrate that despite the lower purity and integrity of RNA, our RNA preparation protocol is simple and rapid and shows reasonable performance in RT-LAMP.
