Panel: Monsanto's Appeal Of California's Glyphosate Listing As Carcinogenic Fails

FRESNO, Calif. - A California appellate panel on April 19 ruled that Monsanto Co. and affiliated groups failed to state a claim that the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) improperly listed glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup, as carcinogenic (Monsanto Company v. Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, et al., No. F075362, Calif. App., 5th Dist.; 2018 Cal. App. LEXIS 354).
