FCC: Connect America Fund: Rule

Rule from the Federal Communications Commission to increase the amount of operating costs that carriers that predominantly serve Tribal lands can recover through the Universal Service Fund because the cost to bring voice and broadband services to these areas is higher than those not serving Tribal lands.
