Sleep evaluation in patients with myasthenia gravis

I read with interest the article by Oliveira et  al, who investigated sleep, lung function, and quality of life in 25 patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) [1]. Patients exhibited a high prevalence of sleep-disordered breathing, significant reductions in maximum inspiratory and expiratory pressures, and impairment of health-related quality of lif e. I have some concerns about their study with special reference to sleep-disordered breathing including obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).
