Needing help on converting grades based on ADEA AADSAS grading scale

Hi all, This may sound silly and stupid. But I am a Canadian, interested in applying to US dental school for next year cycle. The Canadian institution that I graduated from obviously used different grading scales and am having trouble calculating GPA based on ADEA AADSAS scale with letter grades shown on my transcript grades. I have contacted the ADEA AADSAS already but they couldn't give me a clear explanation to my question so I am posting my question here: If I want to convert A+, A-...
