1010 Nummular eczema is a distinct clinical entity with overlapping features of both, psoriasis and atopic eczema

Background: Nummular eczema (NE) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is characterized by multiple, pruritic, discoid-shaped eczematous lesions. Objectives: We sought to better understand the disease characteristics of NE and compare it to Atopic eczema (AE) and psoriasis. Methods: 31 patients with NE, 40 patients with AE and 65 patients with psoriasis confirmed by clinical and histological evaluations were included in this study. We compared clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical as well as RNA sequencing patterns between these groups.
