May sarcopenia and/or hepatic encephalopathy improve the predictivity of model for end-stage liver disease?

We read with interest the recent study by van Vugt et al.1 which adds data to the debate on a desirable improvement in the policy for the optimization of the organ allocation criteria in liver transplant (LT) setting.
