When PTSD and Charles Bonnet Syndrome Become Lewy Body Dementia
We report the case of a 71 year old Vietnam veteran with chronic PTSD and recurrent major depression who had been treated with Prolonged Exposure therapy and 150 mg/day of sertraline with improvement. His cognition appeared intact and he was generally functioning well.
