Age-Related Hearing Loss and Its Association with Depression in Later Life

This study contributes to the theory that ARHL may place older adults at risk for developing depressive symptoms• Future studies should investigate whether treatment of ARHL may be an effective prevention and/or therapeutic strategy for depre ssive symptoms.
