Fourth Baltimore medical marijuana dispensary opens Wednesday — at 4:20, of course

A fourth medical marijuana dispensary in Baltimore will have its soft opening Wednesday afternoon on Key Highway — one of up to 12 total that could be operating in the city by the end of the year. The dispensary, called Culta, is located at 215 Key Highway across from Rash Field.
