Want to lose weight? Get some sleep
People who get less sleep are more likely to turn to sugar for an energy boost and gain weight as a result, a new study found.
The research, conducted by Kings College in London and published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, followed in a four-week randomized trial 42 normal-weight men and women who were not getting the recommended amount of sleep, between seven and nine hours each night.
