Dementia: Hospitals 'miss' diagnosis in more than a THIRD of dementia patients

HOSPITALS are failing to identify dementia in more than a third of patients who have the illness, a study revealed yesterday. Sufferers are frequently admitted for other problems because they are often unable to properly care for themselves.
