Extremely high preoperative C7 slope limits compensatory cervical lordosis after muscle-preserving selective laminectomy

ConclusionsPatients in group EH were older and had highly compensated cervical sagittal alignment preoperatively. They demonstrated postoperative cervical sagittal balance mismatch increases and slightly worse functional recovery.
