Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy is Not Associated with a Delay of Adjuvant Treatment.

CONCLUSIONS: Over one third of NSM patients received chemotherapy and/or radiation. NSM patients with high-risk features were more likely to receive NAC and obtain a pCR.
