2017 Hurricane Season Reports

Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, Medical Reserve Corps [U.S. Department of Health and Human Services]. 04/12/2018 This Web page provides information about Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) activities during the 2017 hurricane season, which produced 17 named storms, of which 10 became hurricanes, including six major hurricanes (Category 3, 4, or 5). Approximately 100 MRC units in nearly all regions of the country stepped forward to assist in these efforts. The page provides four reports that highlight all MRC unit hurricane-related activities, and specific activities for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. (PDF)
