In this report, a patient with membranous glomerulonephritis that accepted long-term prednisolone and cyclosporine immunosuppressive therapy developed skin KS. Withdrawal of immunosuppressive treatment resulted in the disappearance of KS. PMID: 29657214 [PubMed - in process]

ConclusionsMultiple site of infection ,sever osteomylitis, and delay in fever response consolidated the fact of high virulence of salmonella in SCD patients. We do not encounter significant resistant rate to both quinolone and cephalosporin.

We present eight patients treated with wide resection (3 myxofibrosarcomas, 2 malignant melanomas, 1 spindle cell sarcoma, 1 basal cell carcinoma, and 1 exulcerated lipoma). No complications were observed using this technique. An intraoperative local control, confirmed histologically, was achieved in all patients. Tumor covering could help local tumor control at fungating tumor resection.

We describe our experience with ATS in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by presenting a case series involving four patients in the pediatric cardiology clinic confirmed to have ATS. Despite the diversity in the phenotypes and clinical course among the four cases, all patients had bidirectional ventricular tachycardia, and all were confirmed to have ATS by genetic testing.
