Histopathology in Chronic Rhinosinusitis Varies With Sinus Culture.

Conclusion Distinct histopathologic changes were noted based on sinus culture data for S. aureus and P. aeruginosa. These findings may have important implications on the extent of surgical management and prognosis after surgery.
