Embolization of Bleeding Pulmonary Arterial Pseudoaneurysm in a Woman with Infective Endocarditis

We describe a case of bleeding PAP in a young drug-addicted woman with tricuspid annuloplasty following infective endocarditis, which was promptly identified by computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) and successfully treated using coil embolization. Perfusion scintigraphy at 30 days confirmed the safety of endovascular treatment.
