Haemodialysis access thrombosis: Outcomes after surgical thrombectomy versus catheter-directed thrombolytic infusion.

CONCLUSION: Thrombolysis for thrombosis of native and prosthetic dialysis accesses appears to yield better assisted primary patency compared to surgical thrombectomy.
