Dialogue countries will consider Southeast Asia ' s increasingly complex biosecurity risk landscape, including natural outbreaks of emerging and potential pandemic pathogens, porous borders and highly mobile populations, and rising terrorism threats, as they explore how they can work together to strengthen preparedness.
