Dual antiplatelet therapy after percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion: single center experience with the Amplatzer Cardiac Plug.

CONCLUSION: Antithrombotic therapy after percutaneous LAAO is needed to prevent thrombotic complications, yet these impose bleeding complications in this high-risk population.
