Mp36-17 usefulness of morphological classification of clinical t1 renal cell cancer on predicting upstaging to pathological t3 or higher
Previous studies have reported that cases with clinical T1 (cT1) renal cell cancer (RCC) upstaging to pathological T3 is a risk factor to predicting postoperative recurrence after partial nephrectomy. The aim of our study was to investigate the impact of the morphological features of the enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan of cT1 renal cell cancer on predicting upstaging to pathological T3 or higher.
