Endonasal endoscopic surgery in pituitary adenomas: Surgical results in a series of 86 consecutive patients.

CONCLUSIONS: In terms of surgical quality, our results are similar to those of published series, and demonstrate the efficacy and safety of the endoscopic endonasal approach as the surgical treatment of choice for pituitary adenomas.
