PACU Nurse Staffing and Patient Outcomes: The Evidence Is Still Missing

ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN more than 17  years, I clearly recall the conversation I had with the Surgery Director of the hospital in which I had recently begun duties as a nurse of the anesthesiology department.
