ConclusionWe demonstrate that a microbial community with depleted Roseburia and enriched opportunistic pathogens is associated with increased risk of SAP among AIS patients. CONCLUSIONS: During admission, both patients had sudden deterioration characterized by oxygen desaturation and hypotension necessitating inotropic support.
