Jejunogastric Intussusception With Jejunojejunal Intussusception (Double Telescoping)

A 62-year-old man with a history of adenocarcinoma of the stomach status post subtotal gastrectomy and Billroth II gastrojejunostomy 5 years ago presented with an acute onset of severe epigastric pain associated with bloody emesis. A computed tomography scan of the abdomen suggested a retrograde intussusception of the small-bowel anastomosis into the stomach in addition to pneumatosis of the intussusceptum (Figures A and B). He underwent upper endoscopy, which showed a large protuberant mass in the stomach with edematous mucosa (Figure C).
