Ahead of Medicaid reform, CCHN looks to raise $15M in public offering

Carolina Complete Health Network (CCHN) is looking to raise $15 million in a public offering to build a North Carolina-based physician-led health plan ahead of Medicaid reform in the state.   The health plan will bid against the likes of Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) and Aetna, among other potential payers, for Medicaid managed care work in North Carolina.
