Day-case holmium laser enucleation of the prostate: feasibility, safety and predictive factors.

Discussion and conclusion Day-case HoLEP is both feasible and safe, with low readmission rates. Two factors were significantly associated with successful day-case surgery: small volume prostate and morning theatre lists.
