Reproductive counseling and pregnancy outcomes in women treated with radical trachelectomy for early stage cervical cancer
Radical trachelectomy (RT) is considered an effective fertility-sparing treatment option for women with early stage cervical cancer. After RT there are potential factors that may increase the rate of infertility. Prior studies have investigated sexual function, quality of life after RT, and pregnancy outcomes but there is limited data describing the role and extent of reproductive counseling in this patient population.
