Thiotepa 10 mg/kg seems superior to Thiotepa 5 mg/kg in the TBF conditioning regimen in patients undergoing allogeneic stem cell transplantation

Conclusion Acknowledging the retrospective nature of our study, and the small sample size, these results suggest patients deemed fit to receive T10 based conditioning for allo-SCT in high risk HM had better OS and PFS than those who received T5 with no additional toxicities, Therefore patients should be stratified before conditioning those judged fit should receive T10, while the others should consider alternative RIC conditioning regimens. However, the effect of the total dose of Thiotepa on transplant outcomes needs to be confirmed in a larger study.
