Diagnosis of Mesenteric Ectopic Pancreas by Secretin-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography

We report the case of a 59-year-old woman with a mesenteric jejunal EP initially suspected on computed tomography and confirmed by secretin-enhanced magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography. Mesenteric EP is a very rare finding with nonspecific clinical presentation, so that, classic radiological findings have not been well described previously.
