Evaluation of an Ongoing Diabetes Group Medical Visit in a Family Medicine Practice

Conclusions:
The diabetes GMV was not associated with improvements in outcomes. Further studies should examine diabetes GMV implementation challenges to enhance their effectiveness in everyday practice.
