Surgical quality of wedge resection impacts overall survival in patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer

Very few studies have examined the quality of wedge resection in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Using the National Cancer Database, we evaluated whether the quality of wedge resection impacts overall survival in patients with early disease and how these outcomes compare to patients receiving stereotactic radiation.
