Triptolide delays disease progression in an adult rat model of polycystic kidney disease through the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.

CONCLUSIONS Our study revealed a long-term beneficial effect of triptolide in PKD which probably through inhibition of the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.
