PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the anticipated snowstorm tomorrow, Friday 2/9, the Naperville and Plainfield offices will open at 9:00 am. The West Chicago and Bolingbrook offices will open at 12:30 pm.We are experiencing unusual call volumes due to the ongoing influenza illnesses in our area.  Thank you for your patience in contacting us by phone. Typically, the first hour in the morning is our busiest, ie. from 8:15 am to 9:15 am for calls.. If you can call after that time, it will be easier to reach us.We are not giving ‘preventative’ Tamiflu if your child has been exposed to another child in the class or your family. We are following CDC guidelines that the preventative medicine for flu is ineffective and carries side effects. If you child has had a fever for a day, with cough, aches, vomiting, possibly diarrhea, then we do recommend that you contact us to discuss their illness.Thank you for your understanding, and we hope your family remains healthy. Depending on your insurance, we do have flu vaccine which we continue to recommend —even for a child who you think may have had the flu.
