Frequent 'I-Talk' may signal proneness to emotional distress

(University of Arizona) People who talk a lot about themselves are not narcissists as one might expect. Instead, those who say 'I' and 'me' a lot may be prone to depression, anxiety and other negative emotions, University of Arizona researchers found.
