In this study, we developed two kinds of Y-shaped double-stranded DNA nanostructures (Y-DNAs), including a single unit composed of three DNA strands (YS-DNA) and a ligated multiunit complex formed by crosslinking each YS-DNA (YL-DNA), and investigated whether they have immunostimulatory activity in innate immune cells. This study was aimed to investigate the anti-oxidative and the ameliorative effects of Antrodia cinnamomea ethanol extract (ACEE) on reproduction dysfunction in male diabetic rats. The diabetic condition was induced by administrating the combination of streptozotocin (STZ) (65 mg/kg) and nicotinamide (NA) (230 mg/kg).
