Has the question “Number of pulses or number of sessions for rTMS in major depression” been answered adequately?

We have read with interest the study by Schultze et al. [1] and we agree with the authors that a RCT would be ideal to solve the issue whether rTMS outcome is being accelerated by cumulative number of sessions or number of pulses. However, we believe that certain issues require further clarification:
